I used BBQ sausages and chick peas as I didn't have the extra ingredients. Such a winter warmer recipe and my belly is now very content!!... #thermomixingwithkarinda

19.01.2022 Shared from fellow consultant!! Handy hint for the day - if you are making a Pav for Christmas this year, use the TM6 Browning PreClean mode to do your vinegar wash! (half a cup of vinegar then top up to one litre mark with water). Once its done, pop your butterfly in and give it 20-30 seconds on speed 3 or 4. Empty out the vinegar water and leave it all to air dry before whipping your egg whites. You can thank me later!... Merry Christmas Everyone!
