25.01.2022 Hi hope some of you have tried the dishes we did at our cooking workshop last week. Please note with the Lao Sar Pao please steam it for 18 mins, Varoma spd 1. Not 12 minutes. I extended it at the cooking workshop but realised didn't mention it.

06.01.2022 Fish ball cook along - yes as promised we will be doing a cook along this coming Saturday Oct 3rd at 3pm. Please come with your ingredients prepared. We will be using the Thermomix to make the fishball paste and yong tau foo.
