25.01.2022 Seafood is such a well loved meal in this household! After a massive 2 weeks for our girls they asked for prawns for dinner! So Skinnymixers once again produced the goods along with the Thermomix of course! Garlic prawns with home grown parsley for the win! So good and so easy to make... ... What has everyone been cooking over the last few weeks?
25.01.2022 Rissoles and thermomix potato bake are big winners in our house This potato bake is the best potato I think any of us have ever eaten! The whole dish is almost empty after one sitting if Brent is lucky he gets to take it away for work if he hasn’t eaten it all the night before if you haven’t tried this put it on your list to try
22.01.2022 After cooking do you sometimes find the bowl is super dirty to the point we’re you just want to put it in the dishwasher for it to deal with? Yes that’s me! Pre-Clean mode to save the day! This is so good finished with the bowl put one drop of dishwashing liquid in the bowl along with 1 litre of water and set the function and off you go. Thermomix does the rest
22.01.2022 Did you know you can make poached eggs in your Thermomix? This recipe is on Cookidoo and soooo worth it! Poached eggs are always on our breakfast menu What’s even better you don’t have to worry about watching them Thermomix is on the job with it! Perfectly runny
21.01.2022 Tonight we had savoury mince and let me tell you what a winner this was with 2/3 Heaps of leftovers for tomorrow as well to satisfy one child who has already asked for it every night! Literally cooked all in one- No standing, No watching or stirring equal amazing! We were able to play the clean up game while it cooked- How good is that? All our jobs are done for the day now.. The girls thoroughly enjoyed also helping in preparing everything, Aliviyah was the potato cut...ter queen , Ivy is a pro at setting the dials on the Thermomix already What’s something you would love to cut time on? 19.01.2022 We have been quietly lately but we’ve definitely still be busy- The girls made Banana choc tops with thermomix and Mums help of course Another winner for the Thermomix so easy and also healthy ice cream as well so definitely a win for this mum
18.01.2022 I struggle with leftovers while Brent is away working for long periods of time he normal has the extra serve but I found a use for the Cajun chicken schnitzel for lunch today! My god what a winner Do you manage to use all your leftover portions?
17.01.2022 This is one that takes me back to my childhood! Tuna patties After a phone call this morning with my sister in law she was pre paring dinner which happened to be tuna patties. So off to the shop we went and here we are tuna patties for dinner so worth it! Definitely one that should be on Cookidoo we made our own recipe up for the Thermomix instead! Nothing like having the option to use guided recipes or Non guided ... What’s on your menu tonight?

After a long week away from home it was nice to be able to get back into Thermie dinners This is one of the best things for dinner is so quick and simple but so full of flavour! Nice dinner to finish off a Friday night!
