25.01.2022 Made hot cross buns from the EDC ....wow - way better than the shops and made with wholemeal bakers flour instead of white ....the boys loved them - give it a go and let me know what you think

24.01.2022 So amazing - in Bundaberg at the moment tomatoes are selling for $1 a kilo - have used the thermomix to make Green Tomato Pickles - Tomato Relish - Tomato Sauce - Tomato Jam - Pasta Sauce - Pizza Sauce - Tomato Soup and never once did I need to stand and stir - AWESOME

10.01.2022 wow - made the "Best Ever Mud Cake" from the recipe community today for my sons 17th birthday and have to say _YYYYYYYYYUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMM - so so good - it is a one bite heart attack but hey...if you are going to die best it be eating something as awesome as that!

04.01.2022 Just made pistachio and macadamia dark chocolate fudge and then felt creative and made white chocolate and macadamia fudge - I tried this mix 250g white chocolate, chopped 200g condensed milk and 15g unsalted butter, chopped - cook 7 minutes 100deg sp 2.5 and then whip it up 20 sec sp 6 and then stir in macadamias (some LOL) and stir on reverse for 30 sec. It is setting nicely - will put pic up when it is cut ......
