16.01.2022 Thermie & I have had some fun today!! We have made Vege Stock, Mint Cacao Bliss Balls, Zuchinni & Bacon Slice, Cashew Milk, Satay Chicken, Steamed Rice & GF Artisan Bread dough!! It's days like these that I wonder how I ever survived without my amazing friend in the kitchen. What have you & your Thermomix been creating?

11.01.2022 Nutty Butter My daughter Isabella wanted peanut butter, almond butter... anything nutty on toast this morning, but of course we didn't have either. So, she put Thermie into action and made this fabulous Almond Cashew butter. Thermomix recipe uses salted peanuts & peanut oil...... which we didn't have. So she used 1/2 tamari almonds & 1/2 roasted cashews, and macadamia oil. Oh my goodness - amazing!!
09.01.2022 Here is the delicious Gluten Free Artisan Bread from Quirky Cooking. I highly recommend! The recipe makes enough for 2 loaves. Mmmmm the house smells wonderful!!
