24.01.2022 Hi there, I’ve been in creative mode and made this dish... it’s got chopped bacon, mince with garlic and onions, put on bottom then layers of chopped Veges, all not cooked, beetroot, leeks, spinach, carrots, potato, sweet potato, kale, topped with cauliflower rice top with cheese of your choice and baked for 40 mins. OMG seriously amazing!!! Eating a Rainbow

17.01.2022 Thanks to my friend Juice_Genius for the fabulous photo and my inspiration today... I've just made Roasted Seeded Nut Butter, from "Something for Everyone" I've got my bananas in the freezer ready to smother in peanut butter and then nuts for my Saturday night snacking, but still super healthy!!!!
