23.01.2022 To be honest I was unsure about this one... My kids normally turn their noses up at things like this. But it was a WINNER!!! I made sure the siracha was not included and I just added chilli flakes to mine at the end...... Def pop this one on rotation! Now the kids are home from school, I needed to do something / anything with the apples that no one was eating This was a simple dessert but I did buy the shortcrust pastry instead of making it.... 01.01.2022 So we had some friends over for dinner yesterday... I normally have friends over in large quantities at the one time but thanx to covid... Max 5 guests we have been enjoying our friends in smaller quantities. Yesterday I hosted an "adult" dinner party. (Kids were still there but I made them sausages and rice (thermomix rice )) This recipe was restaurant quality and completely divine. Created by NZ chef Ben Bayly it was the most gorgeous meal! ... SLOW-COOKED LAMB SHOULDER WITH GREMOLATA AND TURNIP AND VANILLA PURÉE Safe to say I impressed
