25.01.2022 Creamy Garlic Cauliflower Soup Tonight I have sick bodies in the house and was requested that we have cauliflower soup for dinner. Normally I throw a few things together but decided this time to write it all down and will upload it to recipe community as soon as we finish eating. It is delicious!

21.01.2022 This weekend we combined the smoker and the thermomix to create this feast for my 30th birthday. Food was amazing! The thermomix was used to create the rub for the brisket, blend the smoked pumpkin soup (entree) and the polish vegetable salad with main. Desserts were caramilk cheesecake, chocolate feed a crowd cake and panna cotta with strawberry fruit coulis. Absolutely no complaints and full bellies

I took a load of washing off, hung a new load out, moved the sprinkler out the front, bathed the 2 younger kids, washed up the days dishes AND had a sneaky moscato . 18.01.2022 Oohh yeah! Every now and then I have a craving for bacon and cheese rolls. Today Charlotte and I made these beauties in less than an hour! I used the basic bread rolls recipe on cookidoo and added a second 'quick' prove under the heat lamps. Then just added shredded ham and hand grated cheese before putting them in to bake.
