We are super excited to announce that we are now offering Bon Chevon Boer goats! The Boer goats is known for high yielding quality meat that is very sweet and juicy. Stay tuned for upcoming spit roasts with this amazing meat which our personal favourite to cook and eat!

With things staring to return back to normal slowly we are looking forward to providing you quotes and catering your upcoming weddings and events. ... Starting this weekend we will be offering our meat, salads, bread and sauce delivered to your location on weekends only. Depending on your location your meat will be delivered warm or cold with instructions on how to best reheat and maintain the crackling. Minimum order is 30pp so share the order with some f...riends and family, delivery is within a 20km radius from the CBD. Orders and payments to be received by 9am on a Monday prior to your event that weekend at the latest. All meat will be be delivered in covered aluminum trays, salads in plastic containers with lids and dressing so you can dress salads your self. 10.01.2022 How do we get awesome crackling.....by using the correct charcoal that gives of high heat for extended time is critical. Bbq brickets, heat beads or small charcoal pieces will never generate the heat require. We use and recommend ‘Premium’ Clean Heat Charcoal to all our customers!

10.01.2022 Yesterday was a milestone for the business. I ran my first masters class ‘Spit Masters’ in my new purpose built workshop aka The Roaming Spit HQ. This private event was attended by 24 people who polished off 39kg of meat. I would like to thank my amazing Berkshire supplier Schu-Am Pork who attend and shared there story and passion with everyone.... Stay tuned for our next master class where you will learn how to cook and then enjoy eating the meat.

Limited number with 12pp only! 12 people will learn how to cook and nail the cracking, eat and then share out the leftovers to take home.... Charcuterie lunch, drinks and salads will be also be provided.

04.01.2022 15kg goat from @bonchevon WOW just spectacular meat. Imagine the best lamb....Boer goat is twice as sweet, does not stink like lamb and no lanolin stuck in your mouth. Hands down our personal favourite and go to meat when we cook for our self and family.

03.01.2022 Yesterday we ran another charcoal spit cooking Masterclass at our workshop. We cooked a 18.5kg Berkshire pork which was a huge hit with 11 guys polishing off 99% of the meat. Stay tuned for our next Masterclass in December!
