ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef De Partie to join our growing team at The Rocks. As Chef De Partie you will be working at a variety of stations within the kitchen to support the daily operations of ensuring the delivery of high-quality and exquisitely presented food. To be successful in this position, you will have: demonstrated experience in a fast paced kitchen environment relevant tertiary qualifications and Food Safety Certification excellent leaderships skills, and ability to communicate appropriately to all levels flexibility to work varied shifts and have a passion for creating a wonderful culinary experience exceptional attention to detail, positive attitude and love working in a cohesive team.
