15.01.2022 FESTIVAL UPDATE: In this current continuing uncertain climate we are postponing our community fundraiser the Willunga Almond Blossom Festival to a date later th...is year. We are considering options in late September or November. As COVID-19 conditions change we will continue to review our options with in the government guidelines as they are presented to the general public and make adjustments accordingly. We are looking forward to presenting our family friendly festival as a celebration of community, and all that Willunga and the region has to offer. 05.01.2022 Bill Shorten shares the belief that the traveling Showmen and Circus industries should not be forgotten in this time of crisis! These people whom have always st...ood alone and independent of government subsidies now need help to survive . Thousands have lost their jobs and livelihoods. As an industry we are asking that we are not forgotten when it comes to relief support. We are now in need too. Can you please help us share the awareness and share this post to as many people as possible. When the crisis has calmed we have every intention of bringing joy with our performances and shows to the Australian people again. But with a 6 month potential shut down with no income, yet still having expenses such as registrations etc going out, this difficult economic situation can be made easier with specific help from the Australian Government. One particular outcome we are hopeful for is a registration program specific to our industry. Our vehicles often sit still for 3 weeks every town and drive only from one town to the next. This makes paying a full road registration extremely expensive for the very few kilometers we drive per year. We are hopeful. And remember, we will all get through this together. Be well.
