16.01.2022 Under the cover of covid For the last 9 months Dario and I have been working on designing, building and trialling our aquaponics gardens and live barramundi transport shipping container. Often 14 hours a day, often 7 days a week. (Throw in some 40 hour days) Couple this with designing a whole new aquaponics gardens development in Sydney, fire kitchens, DA process, working with architects, engineers, all good people but soooo much to do! ... I’m my usual self, stretched over every part of my projects, designing, building, driving trucks, keeping cash flow alive, paying the bills, barely, whilst the whole Time still hosting and cooking for a number of weddings in my two spaces, building gardens for clients and keeping my half an eye on our islands lodge project in PNG! It’s been hectic, amazing, exciting but hectic. Currently we testing and driving our truck, towing the 25 tonne setup to our amazing partner farm in Victoria, who we are working closely with to develop the whole live fish concept and system. This will system will Be plugged in to our gardens in Sydney when they are approved by council. We have been staying a bit quiet about it all. Want to get it finished and up and running before we make too much noise. But here is a sneak peak of our truck system we are about to drive back back up from Melbourne.
