10.01.2022 NEW TO THE MARKET FOR HOLIDAYS AVAILABLE IN JANUARY !!!! The Rosebud Retreat is ideal for families or a group of friends. Located on the boarder of Rosebud and Rosebud West, it is very close to the beaultiful bay beach and an easy walk to Rosebud Plaza shops and cafe's. ... There are 3 bedrooms and the house sleeps 6 people. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: King single, with slide out single bed mattress The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms which is necessity for the modern family. The open plan living area consists of 2 lounge rooms and a dining area. The house is equipped with a large 7KW SPLIT SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONING to cool you off on those hot days and warm you up on a cool night. In the main family room there is also a WOOD FIRE HEATER and plenty of wood at the house. There is an LCD TV and DVD player in one of the living areas and another 32" TV in the lounge. There is ample off-street parking, room for two cars in the undercover carport and a secure backyard for the kids to play and enjoy a BBQ. Location: Located 850m from the beautiful Rosebud Foreshore, a calm safe beach for children. 10 minutes drive to Gunnamatta surf beach and Rye Back Beach. With ample golf courses and water sports galore, you will find it hard to be short of activities to do. With Rosebud plaza in one direction and Chapel Sound shopping strip in the other you can park your car and enjoy walking to all that you will need in you stay, wether that be Woolworths or a bar to have a drink or coffee it is all on your door step. Centrally located for everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, wineries, beaches, golf, cafes, Arthurs seat Maze, Peninsula hotsprings, historic Portsea and Sorrento.
