24.01.2022 L O N G W E E K E N D V I B E S And that’s a wrap on the long weekend! After a jam packed holiday up on the Northern NSW coast last week, my fam bam had a pretty quiet long weekend, with some sport and swims thrown in for fun. Whatever you got up to, I hope it was relaxing and rejuvenating! @theunfold

Bears of Hope Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support provides leading support and exceptional care for families who experience the loss of their baby during, or after pregnancy.... This raffle has been put together by an incredible woman, Ashleigh. I had the pleasure of meeting Ashleigh when I dropped off the weaving and was in awe of her strength and courage. 19.01.2022 U P C L O S E & P E R S O N A L So it just dawned on me that I never shared a close up of this beauty! So - here she is, up close and personal!

19.01.2022 G R I E F So things have been a little quiet on this end this week as on Monday, I lost my Nan. My Nan was the person in my family I felt most connected to my entire life. She was a dancer, a devoted mother and wife and everything about her just oozed generosity and kindness. ... She was also an incredible quilter, with every single one of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren ( all 32 of us) receiving a precious quilt when they were born. I also received the most beautiful quilt on my wedding day that I have been cuddling up to a lot this week. When I find the strength and courage - I cannot wait to share some of her beautiful creations with you! She inspired me through life to be a better person, and I will try even more now that she has left us to make her proud.

17.01.2022 F R I D A Y F A V So I am going to start sharing some of my fav artists and makers on Friday’s, for no other reason than I think you should also have the joy of seeing their glorious creations in your feed! Today is one of my absolute fav punch needle artists @mu.textiles ... I swoon over her creations all the time, perfect palettes, precise details and they always make me smile!

17.01.2022 H. O. T. W A R M! Well we survived 40+ degrees and a last minute location change to enjoy a glorious afternoon celebrating this bride to be. Such a special piece started to take shape today and I am beyond excited to complete it for these fab women!

15.01.2022 S N E A K P E E K I am off to a super special hens party today and we are going to create a stunning one of a kind piece of art to hang in the bride to be’s house with her new hubby (complete with special notes stitched into the back from her guests). This is a section of the palette we are working with! These special workshops sure do give me the feels! Can’t wait!

12.01.2022 P H O T O G R A P H Y D A Y One of my least favourtie things about running my own business is taking photos and editing them for online and socials. It is certainly not a strong skill of mine, but I persist as I want to do my products justice. So here was today’s effort, ready to do a big update of my Etsy page later tonight!

11.01.2022 M U S T A R D M O M E N T S We revisited an old favorite combo for this custom piece but needed it to have a mustard moment. I like to keep my rainbows with an odd number of layers (3 / 5 / 7) for balance, so we through in the cheeky naked layer! I love how this one turned out!

Public or private - workshops are such a wonderful way to connect and create in this weird old world we live in and I absolutely love meeting and getting to know (ever so briefly) all of these wonderful women!

05.01.2022 W O R K S H O P S I had the most A M A Z I N G day at @wearemindfulstudio Double workshop day - fibre rainbows and weaving! So many beautiful photos to share with you over the coming days! ... It is this time when I come home after a workshop, running it through my head and evaluating how it went while scrolling through my photos that I generally get flooded with gratitude and pride. I am so lucky to get to do what I love and meet so many incredible women along the way! Also - how amazing is this rainbow from today, a wrapped version of sunshine

03.01.2022 M Y B I G G E S T F A N So yesterday was my Dad’s birthday! He has always been one of the biggest supporters of my business! I could talk about his awesomeness all day long... but I’ll try not to waffle on too much! My dad is one of those amazing people who have dedicated their life to their passion (a huge inspiration for this dream coming to reality) and created enormous change and impact in doing so. He has an OAM for his dedication and service to music educat...ion and every time I see him step out on stage to conduct, my entire body wells up with pride and gets covered in goosebumps! So I made him this special little piece to hang in his office, to remind him everyday how much I love him and how proud I am of him!

If you happen to be one of those cool amazing humans who have attended one of my weaving workshops OR are hoping to in the future - would you prefer TO PATTERN OR NOT? ... TO PATTERN - to have one (or a few) patterns/designs available to copy during the workshop to take the hard decisions out of creating your wall hanging. NOT TO PATTERN - let my creativity fly and just keep it to teaching me the different techniques so I can see what evolves and what I create? As always, I am so grateful for your help and support!
