25.01.2022 Happy Wednesday! Some news for you! We will Open this week and next week on restricted hours... we are calling this the first step, and it may be little but it is forward!!!!!! ... Only 10 people per room allowed (maximum of 2 rooms) Total of 20 people at anytime Masks must be worn upon entry & while moving around the pub Social distancing is still in play Hygiene and hand sanitising is a MUST!!! NO VERTICAL DRINKING - you must remain seated please. NO ID NO ENTRY! We will not allow anyone inside our venue that is NOT part of regional Victoria.... THIS WEEK 17/9 Thursday 4-8 drinks only Friday 4-8 drinks and takeaway food Saturday 12-6 drinks only NEXT WEEK meals and drinks 24/9 Thursday 5-9 (2 sittings 5-7 and 7-9 ) Friday 11.30 -9 (lunch 11.30 -2.30 & dinner 2 sittings 5-7 and 7-9) Saturday 11.30 -9 (lunch 11.30 -2.30 & dinner 2 sittings 5-7 and 7-9) Sunday 11 -3 2 sittings 11-1 and 1-3 Booking are essential and hopefully over the next few weeks we can be open more.. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - LIVE MUSIC HAS BEEN BANNED Today, the Victorian Commission for Gambling & Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) has released guidelines advising live music is no longer allowed to take place in venues. ... The blows keep coming for our hospitality, music and arts industries. Since re-opening, and during Lockdown 1.0 venues have been able to have live music as long as all other guidelines are still adhered to (I.e patrons must remain seated in venues). With hospitality slowly opening, many venues have begun trying to provide entertainment to their local communities and support to the hard hit music industry. Other venues have the soul purpose of providing entertainment whether it be in the form of a guitarist, a pianist or a singer. They will now need to close until this restriction is lifted. There has been no reasoning given for this decision, but venues as of today have been forced to cancel all entertainment. One of the states biggest economic packages for the hospitality sector was in the form of live music grants so why ban live music?
