24.01.2022 Two Karens. Our Karen (right) visited Willowbrae Chèvre's Karen at her farm at the foothills of the Hawkesbury Valley, to chat cheese. Willowbrae produces award-winning goats’ milk cheese in their 100-goat dairy, used by some of Australia's top chefs. We'll be bringing some to our new bistro menu soon.
