24.01.2022 And. We. Are. Back. In a Covid Safe and socially distanced way! After months of training via Google meets, training plans, phone calls and times on Strava, it was so wonderful to see them all back running.

20.01.2022 A sneak peak into our Online Training Program for The Run Academy! It all starts this Monday. Only $40 to join for the WHOLE TERM! That’s $4 a week. This Monday we will meet with all our athletes online and go through their Personal Training Plans and start discussing goals for the term.

16.01.2022 Our junior athletes took it up a level tonight. K-Mac taking the squad through a great warm up session followed by our first run session back as a whole group!

15.01.2022 Some of our Stage 4 restriction runners were ripping up the Melbourne parks and running tracks over the weekend, completing some very fast 2km time trials. 13.01.2022 Kids bored? Attached to their screens? The Run Academy offers a training program for all ages and abilities. Not only do you get a weekly training program but a weekly social meet, weekly prizes and we will also be adding one virtual strength session also. ... For current RA members, this 10 week program will cost $40 and give them priority access to face to face sessions in term 4 (if they return). For non RA Members it will cost $60 for 10 weeks. 12.01.2022 Term 4 has started and so has our Term Running Program. Last night we had our weekly Google Meet with our athletes followed by our first strength session of the term. It’s not too late to get involved in this program and have your child fit and firing for when sport comes back or just to get fitter and healthier! Please contact us if you have any questions.

We couldn’t have done it without you, and we seriously mean that after the last ten weeks. To all our athletes we can’t wait to see you all again, hopefully sometime next term. 06.01.2022 Due to the Premier’s Announcement today The Run Academy will be offering an online training program for all of term 3 for $40 for current members. 02.01.2022 Two virtual time trial winners in one photo..... The Gurtler Duo of Fitzy and Natasha were our back to back weekly champions. Fitzy in the 400m and Natasha in the 1500m. It looks like Tanya (the cute pooch) wants to claim some of that prize off Fitzy.....
