25.01.2022 The Ruse is looking for a Bar Manager to help lead us in the New Year. What is The Ruse? We're a cocktail led bar and restaurant serving tacos, Mexican tapas and cocktails - right on Ulladulla Harbour! Why would you want to come and work with us?... Hourly rate, or salary package if preferred, for every hour that you work (inc. all penalties of course!) Tuesday to Saturday trading (Sundays off! Two days in a row off!) Venue is only one year old (everything works!) Custom built bar, and great equipment (hello hoshizaki!) Tonnes of learning opportunities (35 years bartending experience in the Management team!) Professional, happy and productive team. Did we mention tacos? PREREQUISITES: At least 1 year’s experience making cocktails A desire to learn more and take on responsibility A friendly, outgoing demeanour with a good sense of humour Ability to multitask and be organised A strong work ethic *management experience preferred of course, but we are willing to train someone with the right attitude and ethos!
