21.01.2022 Lately I’ve been feeling off, overwhelmed and just not in alignment. You know the feeling... when you just feel tired, low and ate just to much in your head. I felt abandoned to be honest, I felt unseen and unheard and I was looking to blame others for this. Looking outward for the fault. ... This morning after sitting in ceremony with my @kakaodrinkingchocolate soul family I saw myself. I saw how I haven’t been supporting myself, I saw how I haven’t been truly seeing myself ...and honoring myself. I saw how I haven’t been fully showing up. Showing up for myself, for The Sacred, in the incredible group with @helle_weston and most importantly for the divine. ... It’s so easy to blame others, to play the victims to circumstance, to allow those stories and influences from the external to come in, however freedom comes from self responsibility and I’m taking mine back BABY! 20.01.2022 This weekend I had been feeling quite overwhelmed and I couldn’t put my finger on exactly why? Why this feeling had attached itself to me, why I couldn’t shake it and I sat trying to analyze it the whole time. ... I had a dream last night that was very magical and I often travel in my sleep but i woke this morning just feeling so loved and supported. The last image from my dream was of an elder, a Peruvian man holding me close and whispering in my ear - I can’t tell you what he whispered as my alarm went off at that exact time but I can still feel his touch. ... I share this as a reminder to us all that there is so much unseen, so much magic beyond our vision that when we step out of the analytical brain and just sit with ourselves miracles happen
