A double rainbow is a symbol of transformation and is a sign of good fortune.The first arc represents the material world, and the second arc signifies the spiritual realm. I have experienced many things just not here at this time. I believe all of us are unique divine light beings finding their own way through life. There are parts of our soul that we find familiar in things we do in this life and there are parts of our soul that hold trauma and not so great experiences that have traveled with us and have become phobias in this life or anything else that we feel is traumatic or unusual in this life.. however it can all be healed and accessing your Akashic can bring you peace on some level. 10.01.2022 But have you cleared your energy lately? What does this mean exactly? It can be different for all of us and we clear energy of ourself and our space in our own way.... Its been ages for me, life has been busy. Today I used palo santo and frankincense and listening to chill out tracks Tips to clear your energy that are quick: Ask your guides to do a sweep of your aura, ask that they bath you in pure light or any colour you feel might be right and remove all negative energy Take a shower or bath, you can add bath salts, crystals (tumblers are best) and essential oils Chakra meditation - Youtube have short ones as long as 15 minutes! Get outside and sit in the sun Listen to high vibe music, tunes that lift your spirit or binural beats Burn inscense Talk to your crystals, hold them in your hand and ask them to help clear your energy, remember to give thanks to Gaia for our crystals You can of course book in for a healing with me if you feel guided Sending love

06.01.2022 While this isn’t exactly the scientific truth, I often think the rhythmic fluctuations of Schumann & other energies act like peristalsis on our energy bodies, d...igesting and pushing through all the things. New things. Old things. Ancestral things. Until all that’s left is a pure vessel of divine truth. It’s up to us to harness the pulsations and assist in purging and releasing. Guidance: If this is you today, don’t force anything. Please please be compassionate with your bodies today. Especially if your adrenals are feeling the stress. Don’t put extra pressure to do all the things. Prioritize. Go slow. Rest as needed. Meditate, be still, feel the feelings without judgement or attaching a storyline to them, transmute them and clear them away with love. Eat light as needed and hydrate extra as you may feel dehydrated. Any energy you expend today should be for your highest good, like folding your own laundry instead of running an errand for a neighbour. Go for a leisurely walk in a quiet trail. Stay off the socials. Be mindful of the lyrics in your musical choices. Purging is a necessary part of clearing out density to make space for all the things coming throughout this auspicious eclipse season. All is well. I would like to share with you a channelled message from a friend of mine Debra who through my healing services we have become great friends talking a many variety of subjects which usually always include those of the galactic kind. I feel some of those who read this are feeling/thinking the same way. ... Feel free to comment/reply or just read and take it all in I think l am starting to understand our matrix and our lives and really see things differently. I know what we focus on, the universe keeps showing us, but l don't think l really undertood the loops we caused before. I thought we were all trying to ascend our minds, but really are minds are and have always been divine, we are trying to remember our divine, then ascend our bodies! We are all trying to be in higher vibrations and yes it is good for us to meditate and feel the divine, it is like taking a deep breath and being at peace, feeling total bliss at home for a moment, for in meditation all the chains that have been created in our minds, simply drop away, our souls know they are not truely there and don't have to be, which helps us so much, but to really move our reality, the dense energy, even as a collective, we have to really look at it and feel it, experience it and let it go to then dissolve it, change the energy to something else and literally absorb it into our chakras, opening our energy centres which change us and change our frequencey. We are here to experience life, feel the challenge, the change, not live in the light or why come at all, we could have stayed in the light, in living and accepting and learning to feel then let go, we are literally changing and absorbing light into our bodies, opening energy centres, chakras within chakras and literally blooming like a flower, our heart centres have chambers of light that literally unlock and light up and open as we learn. I have watched people who have worked for years and years with all sorts of ascension modalities, but still be still be stuck in their loops, things repeating over and over in their lives as they are not facing what they have and are experiencing to clear the experience, they are working so hard to only feel the higher vibration. I didn't understand that many of our problems, our chains, really come from our childhood, the notions of fear and pain from our childs understanding, linger and cause many of the loops we see over and over as we have not learnt how to clear that dense energy, like an elastic band, it comes back. To move foward and clear we have to feel and let go, then remember who we really are, feel our divine soul and feel love. We have to live and feel the Human experience to be happy. Be kind to yourself and others when we look at our experiences, let compassion and forgivness be the key to letting go and growing Sending love

Moving forward, you may notice some changes to the format or what I choose to post on this page and possibly a new name for the page..still mulling that over The past few months have been intense for all of us as we move towards a higher state of being and 5th dimension. As that happens, we evolve and grow and the page I created 3 years has done the same. To honour my growth and remain in alignment as the growth continues so will my page. It has brought me happiness and joy, a sense of being and a new soul family... all of YOU. And I will always be great full for allowing me to express who I am and my video rants The page will focus on: Meditations that I have recorded/or shared from others Blogs/E books/books will be shared as I create them Healing Services- will remain as they currently are with more focus on soul retrevial & healing General posts relating to teaching the collective what I have learnt or what can assist you on a soul level with healing yourself. Online classes & Live Q&A There are many beautiful lightworkers, first wavers & groups who offer the collective guidance on the energy, astrology and anything Ascension related. Therefore I will no longer be sharing any posts on those as I feel I have my own purpose to being here and bringing light to the collective in my own way. We are so lucky to have those lightworkers to show us all the way and confirm what we are feeling.
