25.01.2022 The shortest and most guaranteed path to success is to copy and model what other successful people do. That’s why I’m super excited to be attending an EPIC 3-day business bootcamp of one of my coach and mentor’s Richmond Dinh! This is a man who built up a 7 figure a year coaching business all in under 3 years, is a published author and speaker, was recently published on the front cover of The Global Achievers Magazine, works along side Success Resources and in that shor...t time, has become Australia's #11 Coaches Coach that helps coaches get to 6-Figures and beyond. It's simple. If you want to be the best, then spend time with and learn from the best. I’ve been guilty in the past for trying to do things on my own, and this is a common problem for many people because of the ideal to become ‘self made’. But the truth is, success is a team sport, and if you want to become successful, then you need to surround yourself with people who are further down the path than you. Even more than that, what I’m most proud of is that I’ve decided to become one of the few coaches that actually invest in coaching themselves. Congruency is key to becoming a successful coach and I can't expect my clients to hire me if I don’t get coaching myself. It’s destined to be an epic 3 days and I can’t wait to share all the learnings with you guys and start implementing them with my clients! Best of all, it will all be from the comfort of my own home!

22.01.2022 A recent interview with The Coaching Institute A great write up, which our founder shares his journey from high school PE teacher to small business owner and successful behavioural sales coach.

15.01.2022 I love this language pattern If you say something to a new prospect, they can doubt it. But if they say it, it must be true. Here is an example: ... You: What ignited your desire to connect today? Your Buyer: I guess I wanted to look at me seeing if I could do this... You: How come? Your Buyer: Because I think I could make a bigger impact and help more people... You: Hmmm. So helping people... that seems important to you... Your buyer: Yes, it is. You: Great. How come? Each time they answer, they are convincing themselves of what they’re saying. This is the Law of Consistency in action. The law of Consistency states that the strongest force in the human personality is the need to remain consistent with how we define ourselves. Whatever we agree with, we will then behave in a way that is consistent with that belief The more your buyer talks about why it matters to them - the more it will matter to them. During the conversation with your buyer, you MUST have them agree with a certain set of beliefs, values and ideas for them to buy If you don’t do this, the buying process will become difficult and time consuming. It will be bogged down in facts and logic.

07.01.2022 When your attitude is right, and the capacity to be your best has been set free, it is then time to focus There is a huge difference between having ‘energy power’ and having ‘focus power’ I know many people who have a positive attitude and are nowhere close to tapping their potential In virtually every situation such as this, the common error is a lack of focus Let me explain it this way...... The sun is a monster source of energy. Every minute the sun engulfs the earth with billions of kilowatts of energy. Yet with a hat, shades and some sunscreen you can withstand the sun for long periods of time with few ill effects. A laser is a weak source of energy. A laser takes a few watts of energy and focuses them in a coherent stream of light. But with a laser, you can drill a hole in a diamond When we focus, we create the same effect. We create a powerful, laser-like ability to get anything done in our lives that we desire That is what focusing is about; it must precede any action to produce signicant results in that area. When we become unfocused, we lose power and the ability to create great results. We become like the sun, releasing our energy everywhere, in any and all areas of our lives, but never producing any signicant results. The key to gaining and maintaining the life you deserve is to focus on the areas that are most important to you. If you want to lose weight, you must be focused. If you want to create wealth, you must be focused. Focus is everything. Without focus, you will live a life of mediocrity. As you concentrate your focus on those things that are important to you, your values, attitudes, choices, and afrmations begin to work together. What you focus on is what you get to the exclusion to everything else

04.01.2022 The buying experience is the most important thing in sales and marketing! To understand how something you’ve likely never heard of can be so important, let’s look at something Steve Jobs once said: You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work back to the technology not the other way around.... While Steve wasn’t talking about sales and marketing specifically, we can apply his fundamental point to everything a company does. In fact, Steve’s experience-first point is especially applicable to sales and marketing. Research shows that delivering a great experience to prospective buyers has the biggest impact on whether or not they will buy something from you. The overall buying experience actually outranks product and price. It’s a surprising, counter-intuitive data point that the Steve Jobs quote could be remixed into something like: You’ve got to start with the buying experience and work back to the revenue not the other way around. The experience-first approach works. Businesses that deliver great buying experiences grow twice as fast as those that deliver average experiences. This faster growth is just a byproduct of the buying experience’s ability to deliver more traffic, higher conversion rates, larger average deal sizes, shorter sales cycles, lower churn, and more customer referrals. It’s nothing more than providing buyers with what they want a great experience and then watching critical revenue metrics improve as a result. What could be more important than that?
