08.01.2022 If you went through tough times in 2020 & think it’s all shifting this year, I have some news. . We are moving through the cusp period on our planet (global transformation) and as in any growth period we usually experience pain, pressure & uncertainly as we open into un chartered waters. . So how do we best navigate through these unprecedented times? This reminds me of a teaching in yoga, when the pressures on you start, & the pressure will be off. When we are under ch...allenge, stress, uncertainty in our life we must elevate ourselves above it so we can witness the chaos around us. We must begin ‘responding, instead of reacting’. It is when we become enmeshed in the drama & changes around us that we suffer, so we must rise over it. . Women’s circles, breath work, meditation, the ability to alleviate the pressure & expand above the earthly challenges is what is needed right now to access this state of responding & not reacting like a rag doll being pulled around. . This Saturday we are holding our #ReBirth Day Retreat at The Sanctuary Australia to get you elevated & aligned for 2021, if you’d like one of the final spots register below. .
