25.01.2022 What a fantastic day....the atmosphere was relaxed, calm and true connections were made. Families with lawn games, children playing amongst the olive trees, true and quality connections between producers and customers wanting to learn more about where their food and wine comes from. People really embraced the picnic again and mobile phones were no where to be seen but true time was given to each other. Thank you to everyone that supported The Saucy Fork and enjoyed our loca...vore grazing boxes and thank you to HighBrit Beef for your fabulous produce. Thank you to Clovely Estate and Farm 2 Fork Collective for co-hosting this fantastic event. 19.01.2022 At times like this, we are so thankful for where we live We have loads of space for Evie to run around in, eggs, vegetables, fruit and locally reared meat, local honey and coffee Flour to make pasta, tomatoes to make sauce and basil to make pesto and plenty of rain water to drink ... Our aim 12.5 years ago was to be as self sustainable as possible and to buy local. I believe we have definitely achieved that, our move to the country was the best move we ever made.
