September the 11th 2020 , still in illegal/unlawful incarceration at Marriott hotel Sydney, We still have had no answer from the Marriott rec...eption or general manager, or POLICE, or Federal Police relative to the delivery of my mail, Our requests have been for CCTV footage of delivery through their front door and we want to know who has opened my private mail without authority of myself, our questions have not been given an answer since we were unlawfully locked up in the 24th August 2020, either by the Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney Marriott Hotels Sydney nor the NSW Police that are in charge of the hotel. 04.01.2022 I thought this was a cute description of Aussies.... What screams I am Australian? Oh boy this should be fun.... Shortening words so theyre easier to say. For example, instead of McDonalds Australians say Maccas and instead of Afternoon we say Arvo. Hell, we Aussies have even began calling Quarantine (or isolation as its known in Australian) Iso because we cant be fucked saying something over three letters. Another telltale sign that someones Australian is that they are super efficient with water. They never leave the tap on or waste shower water. For an Aussie, each drop of water is an extra dollar on the end of year tax. Young Australian dudes (like me) will say dog when referring to someone abandoning or snitching on their mates. For example, when a young Aussie tells you: Dont dog your mates while youre leaving a party, they are saying dont abandon us please or dont call the cops on us for taking pot in my girlfriends bathroom. If you hear that in a slightly whinny near-pleading accent, they are Australian. No doubt. They help their taxi/Uber driver with packing the luggage, even if its not heavy. Aussies find sitting and waiting in the car while the driver is still lifting the luggage as being rude and posh. Also if they look like this, I have a slight feeling they could possibly be Australian: They deflect compliments. For example if you say to an Australian: oi Damo, nice hat The Australian would likely reply with nah, its a shit hat or something along those lines. Of course sometimes they may say yea thanks mate, bought it at Bunnings but usually they will try to reject such appreciation. They walk around barefoot. Ever been to Fiji or somewhere with a lot of Australian tourists? Yea, you know what Im talking about. If they are not wearing shoes while walking around the hotel or elsewhere, theyre most likely Aussies. They hate littering, like really hate it. When I was living in England, My Australian friend and his aunt that came to visit us, got super pissed when they saw a couple littering in York. They kept saying shame on you and pick it up quite loudly, scaring off the litter-bugs and raising eyebrows from the locals. They grew up with ABC 3, scottie and the prank patrol, Round the twist and Zooper Doopers. They never double dip. Double dipping is like kissing mouth to mouth in Australia and Australians will try to avoid doing it. They know at least the first part of the Australian national anthem. This is because at school, we Australians had to sing it every assembly or at least every school gathering weekly. They avoid using Sir and Mr when referring to someone of higher status. For example, at schools, students would refer to their male teachers as Mr [insert name here] rather than sir as in England, or if they were feeling risky, they just call their teachers by their last name. They have an Australian accent (just putting it out there). They pronounce Melbourne (a city in the south-east of Australia, whereby no coincidence I live in) as "Mel-bin". They understand that "excuse me" can sound a little intimidating and authoritarian-like so they say "scuse me" which by Australian standards, is more polite and causal. They call their best friend, total cunts, dickheads, shitheads" but to people they truly despise they just call them "a bit of a cunt, dickhead, shithead" This may not be for all Australians, but quite a few I can trace my ancestry back to the colonist era Australians have a tanned, slightly tougher look to them. They have lines around their eyes that come from not wearing sunglasses, and they have more coarse skin than most people. They are very chilled, and speak in this super friendly casual tone. They are not particularly mean, but they might tease you a little, and love to be teased back.
