24.01.2022 2 years on and it's still the best decision I made by far for the health of this family... Now that's not to say we don't get sick, and yes I'm sick right now. But it IS the first time in 2 years and my regime now is full of NATURAL ALTERNATIVES.... I don't take as many tablets & my tummy thanks me (as does my husband) We've reduced the amount of antibiotics! They're still an option but we don't rely on them as our first course of action Less trips to the GP and Chemist ~ it's almost non existent I have support on hand to use at ANY TIME of the day or night no matter where I am... camping, shopping, at home, on holidays etc It helped my daughter immensely with the symptoms of conjunctivitis, skin irritations and sleep. they support not only our physical well-being but our emotions too when we need it...and yes 3 girls, we need it...as does my husband Anyway, jus a moment of reflection for me and the best $250 investment I've ever made...and I've spent a lot on more on less effective things. 23.01.2022 I know I forget to post about how often I use the oils but having a sore, dry, raspy voice that you need to answer calls and chat with people means I've had to up the anti on my usual approach and bring out the big guns. Since I've rarely been sick since starting the oils, I'd almost forgotten about these little beauties. These little beauties are little beadlets of OnGuard. ... Ingest whole or pop the little bubble of goodness in your mouth (with a little pool of saliva) to coat your mouth/throat. You don't need a lot...one will do it each time, a couple times a day. Wish I'd started on these earlier.

Although I haven't found a need for Arbivortae, Siberian Fir is well used to help relax even the most stubborn backs.... Reminding me of after dinner mints, I can make so many rollers from this one little Motivate bottle. It's definitely my favourite and the kids love it too!... Peace is my go to when I've run out of my calming blend (OnGuard and balance) or need something bulletproof. Here in its 10ml form it's already blended with FCO ready to go. 09.01.2022 BOGO week! Day 1 gives us Easy Air and Cypress. Easy air is well known to be used for opening the airways pm it's great when you're all snuffy and for those noisy sleepers.... I often use it with other oils to help open airways to breathe them in better when diffusing. Cypress ~ this is a little unknown but cypress is great for equalizing circulation/fluid issues...we've used it for bed wetting, sore backs, bruising and yes dare I say it hemorrhoids!
