23.01.2022 One of the simplest practices taught to us in Provence by Megan Larsen of Sodashi was a daily cleanse and compression with only 2 drops of essential oil in warm water. Compress onto the face with a beautiful soft cloth morning and night and watch your skin begin to glow with good health. At the moment I am using lavender, but use something you love....maybe Geranium, Rose or Sandalwood

20.01.2022 It's almost impossible to believe, tomorrow morning I jump on a plane and head to Marseille in the South of France. This is the awakening of a long held dream to study and play in the lavender fields. To those beautiful people who have so much faith in me and the work I do, Thank You... You have spurred me on to follow my heart and keep learning. I hope I can continue to share with you as I look into essential oils and the skin, the effect of emotions on the skin and then prepare some amazing treatments to nourish, feed and support the skin.
