23.01.2022 As of this week we have closed down our stall at Boundary Str. in West End. The market is closing down in its present place and form, so we had no other alternative. But we are in Nightquarter bigger and better then ever with new products like Cevapcici, which are awesome, you just have to try.

20.01.2022 We have just been awarded the following from Brisbane City Council: "Schnitzel Master has achieved a 3 star Eat Safe Brisbane food safety rating. This business demonstrates a high level of compliance with the Food Act 2006 and overall good food safety management practices." I think this is pretty good for a market food stall.

16.01.2022 We just want to let you know that for the first time we are also open this Sunday the 24th from 4-10PM, hope to see some of you there. We also have 2 new products: CICI Sticks - which are Cevapcici but crumbed and a CICI Dog- which is basically a big and thick Cavapcici crumbed and on a stick. Both of them have been tried with a lot of customers and the response we got was that they are to die for

11.01.2022 We have an addition to our menu for Sunday morning until Lunch time. We make poached eggs on Toast with Sc. Hollandaise, Palatschinken (Pancakes) and Kaiserschmarrn or Kaiserschmarren (Emperors Mess) is a shredded pancake, which has its name from the Austrian emperor (Kaiser) Franz Joseph I of Austria, who was very fond of this kind of fluffy shredded pancake. It is a popular meal or dessert in Austria, South Germany, Hungary, Slovenia, and northern Croatia and is served with fruit salade or Kompott on the side.

10.01.2022 Well we did it. This is our new stall at Nightquarters ins Helensvale. The opening night was very overwhelming. We had a massive amount of customers who wanted to try our Schnitzels. We did prepare for a huge number of customers, but this was unexpected. We also had some teething problems because our staff was all new and not familiar with the products, sometimes mixed up the orders at check out, but we got through ok and everyone was very impressed and happy. With a few exceptions everybody was very understanding and patient and I would like to thank all our customers for their support.

09.01.2022 We reinstated our childrens Menu with Dinosaur chicken nuggets or Schnitzel, both with yummy chips and Tomato sauce

08.01.2022 Due to continuous public demand we give in and also serve Chicken - Schnitzels, - Semmeln and - Wraps from now on. At first we did not think it was necessary, because they are available everywhere else, but we saw customers walking away because we didnt have Chicken so we decided otherwise.

07.01.2022 The opening of Nightquarter in Helensvale got delayed a little until middle to end of November, but it will be an awesome Market never the less

07.01.2022 This weeks special will be "Corned Silverside and Viennese Sauerkraut" We had many inquiries about Sauerkraut, so here it is. It is cooked like we do it in Austria and not straight out of a tin like the Aussies do. I think once you try it you get hooked on it.
