Donations are arriving daily and we are overwhelmed with the love and kindness that has been shared! All these bags will be going to children that need it the most and I’m so thrilled that something that started out so little has grown so big!! Love to you all

25.01.2022 Hi Everyone As much as I would like to write happy 2020, for some families this is not the case. Due to the horrific fires, some families have lost everything. Although a School bag may not seem much to some, a little thing can go along way! I have reached out to some schools down south and hopefully we will be sending some bags there to assist families in need!... If anyone knows of anyone in any families that have lost everything, and have primary school aged kids, please let me know. Please share xx Thanks xx See more

We have teamed up with the local lions club down south and will be working alongside them for distribution to kids in need!! 22.01.2022 Hi Everyone! Whilst getting ready for school this year, I realised just how much is needed to be purchased to be school ready and wondered how people doing it tough could possibly afford the necessities required, let alone the little special things that our children love to add to their school supplies. Then as I packed their new shinny bags that they received at Christmas, I looked over at last years bags, and thought Wow lasts years bags are still in great condition, San...ta might have gone a bit overboard thinking new bags were required. And it got me thinking Let’s fill these bags with school supplies and pay it forward. My goal is for every child doing it a little tough in the Newcastle and Hunter Region to go to school with everything required. Maybe even that little bit more, so the first day of school can start off with a smile. So think supplies! Think Pencils, Pencil cases, textas, erasers, rulers, headphones and of course backpacks either new or used and in still great condition! Together we can get this thing up and running! 17.01.2022 The adventure continues!! We travelled north, stayed at Armidale overnight and then continued to Glen Innes! What a beautiful little town, with beautiful people doing good things! We met with Kylie from GLENRAC, an organisation distributing much needed supplies to families affected by Fire and Drought. Each of our bags will be sent to the villages around the town of Glen Innes to children in need!... Wytaliba Public School was burnt down in the fires and they are working hard to rebuild, ready for school to start back. Once again, You are all amazing!! Thank you all for your support!! 09.01.2022 We have been so busy getting bags ready and this year has been our most successful yet!! But we need your help!!!!!! COVID has hit families hard this year, and although we donate to many families around the Hunter, we also want to know of anyone who may know someone personally that may need a little help preparing kids for school this coming year who have had a tough time. Please send me a message if you know anyone who may fit this criteria, and we may be able to assist! Spreading love and kindness is what makes the world a better place xx

05.01.2022 Just had the absolute pleasure on behalf of you all, to donate School bags to Carrie’s Place. Located in East Maitland, this wonderful organisation provides refuge for Women and children escaping Domestic Violence. They were absolutely thrilled with our donation of school bags, and were heading straight to the homes around the area to provide the bags to children in need! 02.01.2022 Hello to our beautiful followers! It’s been a while, but lots has been happening in the background over the past few months! Today I got to pay a special visit to Ronald McDonald House to deliver much needed School bags to support their learning Program. Each School Bag will go to a child receiving treatment in hospital, or their siblings who are currently living at Ronald McDonald House. These families are doing it tough, having not only see their children go through medical... treatment, but also endure the financial struggles of having to live away from home, and therefore not be able to work. Putting a smile on their faces is what it’s all about! May we all realise just how lucky we are xx See more
