18.01.2022 New Year, new start and what better way to begin than setting your goals under the glow of tonight's full moon. I have my new journal and vision board ready to go, but maybe some time to self reflect on 2020 is needed first. Such a challenging year for so many, but what have we learnt? What do we want to hold on to? There are so many ways to go about manifesting your desires and creating your future. You may want to check out Rachel Hollis, Gabby Bernstein or Lacy Phillips, ...who all work in the field of wellbeing and manifestation. One thing they all agree on is the importance of writing it down, making it visual and be specific! How does it look, feel? Is the person you are now aligning with the person in your future? Is there some inner work needed to help you discard the learnt behaviour which no longer serves you? All of this takes time and effort, journal and meditation is an ongoing way which can really assist you on this journey. Happy New Year everyone!
