Also on the theme of books, going to bed with an audiobook to rest my eyes and joining in book clubs from @oprahsbookclub to brand new @goop - even though Gwyneth and I do not always see eye to eye on science she is a incredible cook and the debut book in the Goop Book Club is so far, remarkable. @ Home

We are continuing with the Chefs Table series and the episode on @nancysilverton Why? With a surge in starter cultures and #sourdoughbread we can to learn from Nancys obsessive love of baking. Also as Nancy is recovering from #covid_19 and doing an incredible job to #savehospo in LA. If youd like to join us on the night DM me for details and join in the cooking challenge over the next week. 1. Cook an original Nancy Silverton recipe. 2. Bake her recipe for pizza dough or sourdough bread. 3. Show us your inspiration with mozzarella (youll learn why).

22.01.2022 For our #scoopnutrition #cooktinue #netflixparty challenge with @christinatosi I was going to make something sweet and gooey but then discovered her Cornbake recipe which was perfect for Sunday brunch. A twist on Southern cornbread and corn pudding its golden, spongey, sweet-salty deliciousness that reminds me of American big breakfasts with streaky bacon and sunny side up eggs. I still cant find those spicy, mini pork sausages typical of Pennsylvania Dutch or Amish breakfasts with maple syrup and pancakes. Look out for the details of our next party coming Wednesday.
