12.01.2022 Fabulous Spacious Family Home with Undercover Entertainment Area * Master bedroom with ensuite & sofa bed, TV and DVD; * 2 bedrooms with queen size bed; * one... bedroom with 2 bunks (single beds on top and double beds on the bottom), * two modern bathrooms and sep W/C, * Kitchen/dinning/lounge room - enormous open planed with TV/CD/DVD and wood heater, * Billiard room - separate to the kitchen/lounge/dinning area with bar, fridge and * Spacious home and great for entertaining with air/con, GDH, gas wood heater, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, cups/glasses/mugs, pots and pans, * Large covered entertaining alfresco BBQ area and out door settings. * Double garage ATTRACTIONS: * Hot Springs - 5 minute drive; * Golf course - various courses * Rye pier beach - Short drive; * Back beach - walking distance; * Mini golf - 9 km (approx 15 mins); * Rosebud or Peninsula Cinemas approx 8-9.5km (14 mins); * Rye carnival operates during the months of Dec/Jan; * Markets - various to choose, mainly on weekends but some markets are held during the week. Pillows and doonahs provided, but you must bring your own linen (sheets and pillow cases), towels, toilet paper and toiletries. As a preventative and security measure, security cameras have been placed around the external perimeter of the property. PLEASE NOTE: NO SCHOOLIES, TEENAGERS OR YOUNG GROUPS.
