25.01.2022 Aaaaand the female winner for our 28 day challenge is!!!! @khiz93 Despite being sick for a week. The final result is a reflection of Kate’s consistency and strong adherence to her nutrition (being in a calorie deficit). She is lifting heavier - getting stronger, and has formed healthier habits to achieve long term results!... Well done, Kate!!! The suspense is over

02.01.2022 Aaaand the male winner is @alexharmer7 Brave to do the challenge during exams and his birthday month but he persevered and pushed through! He had no more than 2 days outside of his calorie deficit. He was able to enjoy a buffet dinner and drinks guilt free and no set backs. He was back on track the next day (from what his told us) A few sacrifices and a handful of shark tank sessions (which he thought he wouldn’t make it out of) but well worth it for this outcome. Congratulations!
