It was stinking hot and a bit chaotic in the Opshop but everyone worked together and had a great time... . Our Volunteers are the heart and soul of our charity. 11.01.2022 Do you have an embroidery machine but don’t know where to start? Do you know what what program to download designs, the sort of stabiliser to use? What about thread or USB sticks? If you’ve answered no to any of these questions then this is the workshop for you!... Join Fiona as she guides you through the basics of finding, downloading, uploading, stabilising and more. This is a basics workshop designed to familiarise yourself with basic use of your embroidery machine. Bookings essential.

04.01.2022 Our second day of packing was HUGELY successful. In total we prepared 191 KIN doll packs from donations made by our gorgeous Volunteers. . Through the donation ...of Play & Learn packs we will continue the Project Kin mission of educating and empowering children and their parents/ carers. . When we empower families to play and learn we create and promote healthy bonds at home which is the foundation of healthy and happy communities . 03.01.2022 What a FABULOUS day working with Volunteers and community members to pack and send KIN packs out across our beautiful country. Thank you to everyone from the original Project KIN, especially Maryann who allowed us to adopt her baby. Our Volunteers have embraced the KIN project with love and care.... Today 64 dolls are already heading out and tomorrow we will finalise the packing. A big thank you to our beautiful sewists, Knitters, crocheters and lair Volunteers for making this possible <3
