12.01.2022 Not long until Christmas so I might change a few things up leading into our end of year break. (FYI the break will probably be from December 23rd-3rd January). Starting from next week onwards I will run one sprint session a week @ Stirling oval, 6am start. The day of the week will vary depending on the weather. What I want from you: -100% intensity at these sessions. -Look after yourself before & after the session. Stretch, stay mobile and possibly do your running accesso...ry work, ie Glute bridges, side planks, step ups, drinking birds etc. Sprint training is very effective, however you need to be smart and ready to smash it! I will also involve body weight training into these trainings. You want to change your body & fitness level...work like hell at these sessions! It's 6-7 weeks until Christmas, let's focus, set some goals and enjoy the Christmas break! See you at training

05.01.2022 Sprint training this Tuesday 6am @ Stirling oval. Remember if you're keen to go 100% make sure you do some prep work Monday night. I won't go super hard on Tuesday but I'll give it a nudge. If it all goes well, I'm also considering Friday morning (31 degrees during the day ).
