25.01.2022 Following on from the previous post, we at The Shed Cafe are inspired to reflect on what brought us to this position. Having come home with not only one, but TWO awards is an achievement that was only possible thanks to the help of our local community, and the dedication of our team. The success of this business was driven by our team who have stood together through several changes, especially this year. We made the decision to stay open through COVID-19, while others chose... to shutdown. All whilst Keeping a positive attitude and approach through a dark and depressing time. We strive to engage with our audience, that is the customer base we have created. We have reignited our Drive-Thru initiative to assist with contact free delivery of coffee during lockdown. Drive Thru, being strange for a cafe based inside a shopping centre to offer, with eftpos & cash available, customers ring ahead, we deliver downstairs to your vehicle. We have introduced Sunday Roasts which are now a part of our menu, also lasagnas, parmigianas and other economically driven menu choices based on local tastes. All of us have done our very best to contribute to the success of this business, knowing full well it takes all of us to make this work. We are a family orientated cafe in Glenmore Park, offering fast fresh healthy food & beverages. We are focused on our local community, sponsoring the local Junior Rugby League club - Brumbies. The difference is our personal touch. As locals; we have a vested interest in our neighbours, whether they reside in Glenmore Park or just visiting the area. For kids, we have themed pancakes, kids menu which is worded for fun and child specific straws. Have you tried our heart shaped toasties, made by the kitchen with love. This requires a gold coin donation and imagination; the charity we are supporting is the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse for Cancer Patients a cause very dear to our hearts. For any queries please feel free to speak to our staff! Here is a little sneak peak of the decorations we have on offer for cupcake creation, let the kids choose how they'd like their mini cupcake to look. You can even call ahead and speak to us and we can prepare everything for you before you get here! We will spook with you soon! Included in packs: icing, decorations and mini cupcake.
