Our crew can get in early while leaving plenty of time for the rest of the day so they can do all the cool stuff with their kids We do this every school holidays and its unreal!... 22.01.2022 So we start the new week with Metapwr now... People asked why this program when its so tough? Firstly, its 20 minutes long. Now that is an intense 20 minutes but its YOUR version of intense. You can also go in your own time.... No choreography or timing to follow. So if you start to feel fatigued - slow down and catch your breath. Not going to lie - everyone thats done the class so far today has felt it HARD! That was always going to happen but its just how we help scale it back for our guys thats the key here This was my personal take on the session this morning too. Id had a strong coffee an hour before it so the caffeine wouldve contributed to the elevated HR. But it shows I was right up the for intensity and felt just the same as everyone else on their first sesh back. Apart from that - the vibe in the club was beyond amazing! Everyone smiling, happy and excited to get back to what some would call normal Side note: dont ever think thats how many calories you ACTUALLY burn in session. Its very inaccurate Use these tools as a guide and maybe even accountability

18.01.2022 Weve been real quiet on social media lately cause weve thrown ourselves into online training in the most hectic way! The day we knew we had to close for so many weeks, we immediately gave our equipment to all our members that wanted to stay on until this is over. Within a day - everything was gone We were so stoked with it! Then we went to online sessions at 7 and 8 every day.... We didnt use Zoom. We did lives with the option to save so our guys could do it later. And you know what? IT WORKS! Plus, Les Mills On Demand have our team 2 months free of training. Their app is like no other on the market! Even if you dont have equipment So we are 5 weeks in, got the most amazing turn outs to our sessions (even the kids ones!!!) and we are now getting reviews on the local radio. We couldnt be happier and hearing stuff like this makes us burst with happiness

17.01.2022 Tuesdays and Thursdays is all Body Pump focused for the day. This means, equipment is placed in the grids the night before so our team can book a spot then just rock up, do their thing and not have to worry about anything! We also have a strict weight restriction just for this week too. This means we limit the amount of weight our guys can push until they get through this week. Hopefully itll stop injury and fatigue All equipment is cleaned after their session, they ...exit via the arrows and go enjoy the rest of the day We are very lucky we have a brand/training facility that allows us to keep teaching like this WITHOUT breaking the Covid-19 rules

16.01.2022 Well its been a wicked first week back at the club. Weve pulled off an incredible set up and it worked so good! Today we will make a few adjustments to the timetable based on what we saw last week. Weve had some new faces join us. Loads of clients come on for PT.... As for some changed to the timetable, Body Pump will still just run all on one day due to the equipment issue but the rest will be changed up. We talk with our members constantly. We want their feedback. We work together to make sure they can get a decent workout at the club without overdoing it. Its this communication that sets us apart from the rest. These faces ARE the club. Without them - we are just a shed...

15.01.2022 Weve let one of our creche staff members take a kids workout each Wednesday morning now and its been so fun to watch! Adults are cool but kids are way cooler as you dont know what theyre going to do while youre live Some times they participate... Most of the time theyll do the wrong move... Or sometimes they need a lawn mowing break mid session to make sure the grass is cut ... What a laugh!

14.01.2022 So our little unicorn Rose left our team in a physical sense but weve been planning on her doing a return via... FACEBOOK LIVES! It worked so well in lockdown when COVID hit and our guys found they could do the classes in the comfort of their own home so we thought - why not keep doing it? It adds more value to our memberships also! Its super easy and simple to just log on (or do it when youre ready as theyll be saved) anywhere and do the workout thats planned!... At the moment we are open every second Sunday at the club. We want to do these lives every other Sunday so our guys can keep up with their fitness as well as being connected to a very special staff member With the introduction of our Spring timetable, we hope this will roll out smoothly with it... 09.01.2022 Roll on Monday morning... Weve measured the space, creates a grid, will lay down equipment in each section, put down sanitising stations in each one and marshal our members around the club. We are doing the absolute right thing by the new laws.... We wont have a crche as this takes away space for members. But those that cant make the classes, will keep some equipment to use at home. Most our classes will be live streamed so our guys will feel like theyre here with us. Plus, the access to Les Mills On Demand has been a hit! As for current members and welcoming new ones? Current members are dying to get back! If anyone is keen to join us - we have plenty of space! We can fit 18 people comfortably in here and 4 in the other room. Our guys will learn how to do these 3 foundational movements properly under our guidance. We give variations for everyone based on their ability.... 04.01.2022 Our PRIMAL TRAINING workouts got a little comeback today... We tested our crew out to see what they thought about bringing it back on in Spring Timetable at the end of the month. This class is about perfecting your basic primal movement patterns: Push... Pull Plank Squat Hinge Gaite Rotation Over 3 blocks of work, the team did 7 movement patterns in 18 sets of work. Sounds like a lot but its cruisey, done in your own time, plenty of options and you can talk while you do it also We will also be bringing back strict TRX based sessions. Gosh we cant WAIT to change it up for you lot

04.01.2022 With the news of phase 3 restrictions being lifted, we are excited to announce we will be starting back our old ways of training as of Monday June 8. New timetable Crche reopens Metapwr & Primal returns Bike classes resume!... Obviously we need to get the entire run down of the rules but this is still exciting for us. Bike classes will be smaller as we need to abide by the 2m square rule and our group fitness area will still have a grid laid down so we can be a little cautious of space. Weve gained quite a few new members this last 2 weeks and we welcome more. The 4 week promo for $50 is available to anyone thats interested in trying us out.

This program is for the beginner to very advanced. Pregnant?... Injured? Teenager? This will suit you to a tee!
