14.01.2022 The easiest way to cook chicken. All you need is a oven bag, taco seasoning (reduced salt) and chicken breast. Add chicken and seasoning into your oven bag, pierce a few holes and cook in the oven at 180 for about 25 minutes.

12.01.2022 It pays off to be prepared! Helpful tip: Pre portion all your servings into a ziplock bag and freeze (not including the milk). When needed simply pop the ingredients into a blender, add the milk and some water. BLEND and done, less then 60 seconds.

12.01.2022 My macro Friendly take on carbonara chicken. Clearly i currently have a obsession with Zoodles (zucchini noodles), but this is definitely a new favorite. It even has the big green tick of approval from the sister too! Ingredients (5 meals) ... 500g x Chicken Breast 1 Tub (375G) x Woolworths Ricotta Light Cheese 175G x 97% Fat Free Bacon (you can use ham too!) 200G x Sliced Mushrooms 150G x Spinach. 750G x Zuchinni for making ZOODLES! Method: 1) I always like spiralize my zucchini first and portion them out in 150G servings into my containers so i can add rest on top! You can also add the zoodles into the pan - depending on how you like them! 2) Start cooking your chicken in a warm pan, until its about half way done. 3) Add your bacon and cook together with the chicken 4) Once the chicken is cooked, turn your stove to a low heat and go ahead and add your mushrooms, spinach and ricotta to the pan! 5) Make sure you mix all the ingredients together - Don't worry the ricotta will melt and become a delicious creamy sauce! 6) Pop and lid on top and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes 7) Serve your meal and ENJOY!!! Calories: 257 Protein: 40.4 G Carbs: 9.3 G Fat: 7.2 G

Personally i believe that ONE important thing you need to look for when looking for a good PT/ Trainer is QUALIFICATIONS! so many people are under qualified and simply giving out the wrong and false information! Never be afraid to ask your PT to see proof of qualifications!

01.01.2022 For years and years the fitness industry taught me that there was only good and bad food. It taught me that if i ever wanted to see results i could only eat "clean" food. From 2013 - 2017 my diet was strictly meat, vegetables and maybe a 1/2 a cup of rice here and there.. This lead me to have ZERO self control around my favorite foods, Almost every weekend i would end up losing control which lead me to never seeing any results - in fact, this was one of the heaviest i have e...ver been. Learning how to flexible diet was one of the best things i ever did for myself. Teaching myself what certain foods contain certain macros and more importantly how to compare certain brands against each other. Re-wiring my brain to know there is NO good and bad foods (but smarter food choices) and allowing everything in moderation has taught me how to live a healthy maintainable lifestyle. Below is a super easy and quick swap for me. In fact the products on the left never even cross my mind anymore, i automatically pick the ingredients on the right without even thinking about it! I enjoy ALLLLLLL of my favorite meals including ham, cheese and salad sangas!! EDUCATE YOURSELF - you will get results to last a lifetime!
