01.06.2022 The books and materials have arrived in Laserna, Nabas, Philippines and is semi set up! COVID has slowed things down a bit but we’ll get there eventually

18.05.2022 Due to COVID-19 the local school, Laserna Integrated School, has moved to remote learning Unfortunately this isn’t so easy as there is no wifi, reception or books available in the village The dedicated local teachers have decided to create workbooks for all the students (over 800 from kindergarten to Year 9!) Some funds raised by The Sinag Foundation have been donated and has been used to buy 38 packs of printing paper in the photo below

26.04.2022 Thank you to Penguin Random House and United Book Distributors for sharing the magic of books and donating two boxes of brand new novels (72 books!) for the students of Laserna We specifically requested young adult and teen fiction novels, as well as English workbooks and they delivered! The students are going to love reading these
