13.01.2022 We will be trading this Sunday evening (6/5) from 5 pm at The Smokin' Yak Brahman BBQ Restaurant (part of the Brahman Compound, Site C207) and believe it will be the quietest night of the week. (Free entry into the grounds). If you would like to book a table, please message this page to secure a spot. Bookings available at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm & 8pm.

Special thanks to our beef suppliers Teys Australia Lakes Creek plant who go above and beyond to meet our requirements. Huge thank you to our extended family members and friends who stepped in this week to fill the gaps ... Tom, Megan, Liam, Kylie, Greg, Karen, Katie, Kay, Todd along with Jess, Wallace, Sally and Mindy. And also special thanks to Chris from MyQ4U who skilfully helped us out in the pit yard. We look forward to seeing many of you at Ag-Grow Emerald next month.

Matthew borrowed a design idea from Arnis, placing the chimney above the firebox rather than the cooking chamber. Evie Maes ready to head to town with her 3 smaller siblings for Beef Australia 2018.
