15.01.2022 I ran into a big solid fellow at AFL on Monday night and it hurt. Ribs especially. Then last night I was doing my physio exercises and heard a crack right in the sore spot! Doc said its a cracked rib even stamping cups hurt. 100 down 500 to go but @ziggyalberts new album is helping to ease the pain. @bodyandbirthphysio Sammi help I wanna keep the regime going but probs need to cut a few out...talk later. Some of the things I love are being in nature, playing with my amazing kids, hanging out with loved ones, gardening, cooking and pedaling smoothies

03.01.2022 My littlest dude has just graduated from his balance bike to a 2 wheeler. First attempt and he was flying. Must of been all those smoothie pedals!

03.01.2022 My office for a few! Cant say day cause working mums only getting snippets of time in between all the other bits! Floor sitting to allow constant movement and shifting, outside to feel the warmth and the calm, close to my deck garden so I can chat to my veggies :) the possums and bush turkeys are fierce here! I moved the tomatoes (to the left of the pic) out from the netting cause they were getting to tall and I came out this morning to all the leaves and flowers nibbled by our resident possum
