04.01.2022 INSTAGRAM REELS: Today, Instagram launched Reels, basically a big "fuck you" to TikTok. On paper, I don't see this being a success. TikTok and it's algorithm is second to none, and I can't see Reels matching the quirkiness/discoverability of TikTok. That being said, remember when Instagram borrowed Stories from Snapchat and no one (me included) thought it would work?
