24.01.2022 Do you use testimonials as part of your marketing strategy? If not, you should! There’s nothing more valuable than someone else endorsing your product or service and it will instantly move you up the trust scale Make it stress free and set up an email automation that is sent after purchase asking for a review. If you’re service based, write one for your client and get them to approve it or make changes

14.01.2022 Do you make your clients feel special? Do you give them as much love after they purchase as you did wooing them? So many businesses get the sale and forget about the potential of repeat business and nurturing their client base. It’s common knowledge that it costs a lot more to acquire a new client than it does to keep an existing one. So what are you doing to keep your clients happy? ... Some ideas... Talk to your client base regularly via email (but don’t be annoying!) Give them something for free - advice, a special offer, a discount... Create a loyalty program - surprise them and give something they would love. - Not sure what? Ask them... Remember it’s all about creating exceptional customer service so that ultimately your clients become advocates and spread the word See more

13.01.2022 There’s a lot of chit chat over on Insta around accounts losing followers. Some of the popular celebrity accounts have lost millions It was thought Insta was doing their clean out of the fake followers/bots but now they’re saying it’s potentially a bug. Either way it shouldn’t matter. No-one wants fake followers anyway... ... It may look good from a vanity perspective but where the magic lies is in having real people who WANT to follow you and are interested in what you have to say Plus, if all your fake followers were deleted your engagement levels would actually go up which is a good thing! So no need to worry or get caught up in the buzz...if you are producing relevant, engaging and consistent content that your audience actually wants all will be aok See more
