23.01.2022 This week's Coaching Question is here! Take a moment to ask yourself this question and reflect on you answer: HOW are you managing your current workload?... This question will help you to evaluate if you ARE managing your workload. It's also asking "how are you doing that?" If you are managing it, how are you managing it? In other words, what is working well, in the way you manage your workload? As always, the question is designed to create awareness, in this case it's your awareness of what IS working for you. Which also leads to.. what ISN'T working.. Powerful questions that help you understand more about the way you work! When you are aware of this, you can make changes if you need to. #coaching #personalcoach #mindset #businesscoach

18.01.2022 Have you ever wondered what goes on within a Coaching session? Well, this week, I am peeling back the curtain and sharing with you: the most common topics that my clients and I are currently talking about!... It’s interesting because across an array of businesses and professional situations, there is an alignment of talking topics. To be clear, I am of course not going to share any specific information about individual situations (client confidentiality is highly respected!), but rather, the common focal points and areas that we’re working on at the moment. Many people are actually working on the same thing, but just in a different context! And this means that there’s a good chance that you will relate to these challenges too! So here are the consistent talking points within my coaching sessions at the moment: https://solopreneurcoach.com.au//what-im-discussing-with-/ #success #coaching #businesscoaching #habits #mindset

This question will help you to become aware of your thoughts and what specific patterns of thoughts you can have when you're stressed.... Stress is always about your thoughts.. Stressful thoughts or just too many thoughts will create stress. What we need to build on is what I call "mind space". Being present without thinking. In my post today I'm sharing with you 4 ways to increase your mind space: https://solopreneurcoach.com.au//to-reduce-stress-increas/ #stress #coaching #personalcoach #mindset #mindfulness

We might have our habits down, but emotionally we're still a bit destabilised or our energy levels are not consistent. It's normal to still be adjusting to such changes BUT Change DOES require management. So, here's 4 ways to manage change better: https://solopreneurcoach.com.au//one-year-later-how-are-y/ #coaching #selfcare #personalcoaching #stress #change
05.01.2022 This week's Coaching Question: Looking back on the last two days, which activities that you’ve undertaken have been ENERGISING? The aim of this question is to help you become aware of the things that you do that GIVE you energy and conversely, those that don’t.... Why? Because knowing this will help you to: MANAGE your workload in a SUSTAINABLE way When you become aware of the tasks that are energising, you can choose how to optimise your work day. It’s incredibly powerful to understand this as it can transform the way you work and your ultimate results! It will also help you prevent BURNOUT, which I hope is also a priority, it is for me! #coaching #mindset #mentalhealth #goals
