24.01.2022 Shiatsu is for everyone. Young or old, I see them all in the clinic. I am inspired by the elderly folk that amble their way into the clinic. Nothing will stop them from finding their way to the futon. Not their malaise, not the awkward step at the front of the dojo, not even when their car brakes down. ... When they book, they come. They crave the peace they receive here. The work I do on them is gentle and mild, caring and connected. The simple act of a loving touch works wonders on their pain, their frame of mind. They leave feeling a little more alive than when they walked in. The young ones fill me with wonder and curiosity. They come in open minded. They chatter and are quick to tell me how they feel. Their body’s change so rapidly it blows my mind. The work I do in them is rapid, gentle and swift. Listening closely to the moment their Qi moves. They walk out completely different to how they walked in, a little more limber, a little more able to live at their fullest. The effects linger for weeks. It’s truly amazing Shiatsu is for everyone. The sessions are different from person to person, session to session. The depth, pressure and style are all dependant on the individual. Each session is unique. 11.01.2022 The Goal I do what I do because I LOVE to help people. I can do that any number of ways, and I definitely do. ... To explain why I chose this path, after the many I’ve been on, would be to say that through my own healing I learned the value, poetry and dance of the things we can not see. Those unnamed things that only through observance do we begin to grasp and notice. I’ve allowed life to sweep me up and guide me, without the concern that things won’t work out. And that’s only because I don’t have a personal idealism that says I need to be at a certain point at a certain time. I guess one could say that in the end, Shiatsu, Chinese Medicine, alternative practices and most of all Qi... found me. A vessel- willing and ready to be of service. At hand. And here I am. In the arms of Newcastle. By far the longest I’ve lived anywhere. With a little room inside an aikido dojo. Hands and Heart at the ready. The true way of service it to be centred in the Heart, present and aware. Detached from outcome, from judgement, from desire allowing healing to take form in its own shape, in its own time, in its own way. I am but a guide, a light in the dark. The sturdy companion encouraging every move forward toward the goal. Just so that One does not feel so alone on their journey to the place that they dream. Think of me as the XO on the ship that draws you nearer your destination, through thick and thin, I’ll be there steering the wheel every squall, every wave, every battle. As our tech gets better, we'll be able to correlate the connection between all things more and more. I can't wait till the day that what is already known is substantiated by the technology we create.

01.01.2022 Resonate The human body is vapor materialised by sunshine mixed with the life of the stars. - Paracelsus... All things vibrate. That actually means - that all things have their own signature, that can be heard on one level or another. Your entire body is singing a chorus, creating motion thus giving life.
