03.01.2022 Courage I offer free ‘tune ups’ for people in my community Bellingen. People ask me what a tune up is and what happens in a meeting. That’s a reasonable question, and here is the short answer: By simply coming together and being open and honest with each other, you will go deep into yourself in toward the deepest and highest part of you, your love. On the way you will run into an aspect of your ‘self’ the part and past in you that gets in the way of your full potential ...and enjoyment of living. You will then dissolve that blockage and as a result be a little freer, a little more loving. This is the tune up, so to speak. I want to acknowledge the courage of those who come. Because it takes courage to face yourself. Intuitively, people know that by coming they will have to face themselves. They will then either run and hide from the challenge, or step in. It’s all a matter of readiness. I acknowledge those who are ready to step in, and step up to love.
02.01.2022 The Power of Honesty In a very small and intimate meeting over the weekend with two others, I was reminded of the power of honesty, courage and openness. Although an extremely vulnerable state for us to occupy, it is one that pays great dividends, if not immediately, then certainly over time. However, there is great risk involved in being open, honest and courageous in our communication with others. We must face the possibility of being misunderstood, misinterpreted, judged,... rejected, not liked. It can be very scary. And often it is just easier to hold back, or even be dishonest rather than take the risk. Can you relate to any of this in your own experience of living? It may feel safer or easier to hold back or even lie, but is this a behaviour that really serves us? It is a fact whether you believe it or not that we are in the midst of, and experiencing, an enormous shift in consciousness. Polarization is the hallmark of this shift. The shift is a rapid expansion; an acceleration of consciousness, of energy. And it will not ease up until it is complete. Alignment with the shift is imperative for survival by whatever measure you wish to use. Resistance to it which is the same thing as behaving in conditioned, unconscious ways is effectively a contraction that will crush you. As I often say to my beloved wife I didn’t make the rules! But I am very aware of them. If you want to survive and thrive in these crazy, crazy times, then you must align with the expansion. And being courageous, open and honest in every moment as best you can, is one very powerful way to do it.
