25.01.2022 The building blocks for thriving are the same for a large community as they are for the smallest cell, everything is connected. If we give our cells everything they need to thrive, we will flourish. If our community is given everything it needs to thrive, it will grow and prosper. We are being given a wonderful opportunity to reassess where we are as a community and as a person. Do we have access to everything we need to flourish and prosper? Do we really have clean air, wat...er and food? Are we feeling social connected and without fear? Are we free to live as we'd like to live? Now is the time to question and to make change, it is the perfect opportunity for a reset. I will be taking time on this rainy lockdown day to write to my local, state and federal members of parliament. I have some concerns and I would like to ask some questions. Politicians are employed by the people to serve the people and I think it's time we talked. All employees require performance reviews and as an employer I've decided it's the government's turn. Reviewing an employees strengths and weaknesses encourages growth. We all deserve to thrive and we have the power to make change. It is time. #performancereview #reset #thriving #thrivingnotsurviving #connection #releasefear #peoplepower #changeispossible #changeiscoming #together #newpath #awakening

24.01.2022 The 'germ theory' vs 'terrain theory' debate has been in play for decades. Modern science is showing that taking care of our "terrain" is the most important thing we can do for our health. We have learnt much about the micobiome of our skin and digestive tract but there is still much to learn. What we do know is that the human body is made of more viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites than human cells! Also, the more germs our body is exposed to the more intelligent our body... becomes. Terrain theory suggests that if the internal and external body is well and balanced, germs will be dealt with by our immune system without causing illness. Viruses, germs and sickness will always be part of our world, but when we take good care of our internal environment by eating a balanced diet, drinking plenty of water and exercising, we build a strong 'terrain' to give the best defence against threats. "It is more important to know what sort of person has disease than to know what sort of disease a person has. 07.01.2022 Irish scientist Ivor Cummins explains beautifully (with his delightful Irish accent), how the epidemic has waned in Europe and has been replaced with an irrational, unscientific 'Casedemic'. A short and simple explanation of the scientific reality. #science #casedemic #epidemic #graphs #Data #irishaccent #reality #biggerpicture

04.01.2022 It's important to surround yourself in positivity. Engage with people who make you laugh. Engage in activities that make you smile. Avoid negativity. Stay informed via uncorrupted streams. Avoid the mainstream. Continue to take care of yourself. After months of restrictions, Melbournians are now in survival mode. Avoid putting pressure on yourself, there is no need to achieve more than the basics. Just do what needs to be done to stay healthy and positive. The rest can wait. Positive change is coming. We can do this. #positivemindset #positivity #survivalmode #rest #avoidmainstream #wakingup #wecandothis #peoplepower
