11.01.2022 Okay...So dinner tonight is what we now call "Tikka Dang!!" Long story short..... I was emptying my pantry and found what I SWEAR said 'Rendang' mix. So as per usual I was overzealous on the chicken, so popped down the road and picked up another mix. Added it with extra coconut milk (coz I'm a coconut FREAK!). Flavours = AMAZEBALLS!! So I went to find the ingredients on the pack and realised it was 'Chicken Tikka' mix and I added 'Rendang' mix! I'm sure I've committed a ca...rdinal sin in some people's eyes, but I can tell you this...... The BEST curry I've ever made!!
