03.01.2022 Isn't this Christmas Themed Coconut Rough stunning? This has been made using lovely wholefood ingredients: 3/4 cup of melted coconut oil 1/2 cup cacao powder 6 medjool dates, pitted... 1 tsp cinnamon 3/4 cup fine coconut Dried strawberries Goji berries Coconut flakes sprinkled on top Combine coconut oil, cacao powder, ,cinnamon and dates in a food processor until smooth. Poor mixture into a bowl with coconut and combine well.
