22.01.2022 Not sure about you guys but this week went by in the blink of an eye! With so much to navigate as a Mum, wife, daughter, friend, business owner, employer .. and this only the top line list! Add in a pandemic and no words. When a week goes by at this speed I always think of the things that fell through the cracks - I see you nodding ... it is what we do! Mostly I am aware that this is usually to our own detriment. Did we get enough sleep? did we do any exercise? Drink enou...gh water? Eat well? ... SO this is me, smiling at you saying yep me neither. Great thing is we get to give it another try next week. Here's to hoping this weekend you stay cool, check on your elderly neighbours and pop some water out for the animals.
