Founded by Bryan Loo in 2017, the Tealive brand originated in Malaysia, and has since expanded to many countries including Australia. Data analytics had a deeply unsexy reputation at the time and was seen as boring by many. Our campaign set out to reverse that opinion by highlighting the futuristic nature of the field and the exciting possibilities it creates. For example, one ad focused on a big news story at the time involving AFL star Buddy Franklin and ...how sports teams are now using analytics to get an edge. The campaign we created proved to be so effective that the course reached its goal of applicants within the first few weeks and extra information sessions had to be added to cope with demand. Sarah joined our team at the start of this year, and has helped make Sphere a well-oiled machine. A country girl at heart, Sarah moved from Orange, NSW to Melbourne in 2013. She’s pretty much worked in business and design her whole life in fact, before Sphere, she was running her own design agency, Ligh...t+Dark Creative Studio, for five years. After a tough day replying to a million emails, writing and sending out proposals, and sticking hundreds of pink Post-its to her desk, Sarah can be found cracking open a bottle of smooth and buttery Chardonnay, and chilling with some cheese and her friends, family, and pets Toby and Tiberius. As a social butterfly, her favourite parts about working at Sphere have been the fun we have as a team (awwww); the cool brands we get to work with; and being able to help businesses grow through strategy and branding. 01.01.2022 Twenty years ago, our office was next door to a charity called Operation Stitches. We saw firsthand the incredible work they do helping disadvantaged kids and families living in the housing commission towers. Now they need all of our help. In 2016, Operation Stitches was forced to shut the doors to their Richmond headquarters due to lack of funding. This was not only devastating for the communitybut also for Chris and Patrick who run the charity. They’ve done so much for the... community over the past 25 years without any real help or accolades.
